"My wife and I purchased a FXDL 105th and we could not be happier with the courteous and knowledgeable salesperson that we dealt with. Kevin Miller made the purchase experience easy and pleasurable. Although I had done my home work for about 12 months he added the information I needed to make my final decision. Kevin was flexible with a promotion for us which definitely closed the deal. This is our 2nd bike purchase (we also have an 05 Electra glide cl.) and I'm sure it won't be our last. Your dealership has a much better feel than most others I've visited. In fact we travel over 60 miles to your location versus the 3 other locations around us that are as close as 7 miles away. "

"My wife just bought her first Harley today, a Softail deluxe, from Mountain Creek Harley. While she first noticed the bike elsewhere, the staff at Mountain Creek were unbelievable, they stepped up to the plate and were absolutely fantastic in the professional way they handled the sale. From the salesman Kevin ( I got it right this time buddy) who is a great person to deal with and cares about putting you on the right bike, to Jimmy (not Charles) who works the magic with financing, Charles Kieth who makes sure the sale goes smoothly and Red (in Parts) are but a few of the people who help to make this a shop you want to come back to. My wife and I felt like we are among friends at Mountain Creek. All the staff we dealt with today, in parts, sales and clothing were a real pleasure to deal with. There are others we will come to know by name in the various other departments and we have no doubt that they will be just as caring and enthusiastic as those we have met already. Of course, all this comes together thanks to the genuine customer care of Manager Kieth Morrison. Kieth went way beyond the norm to insure the successful completion of the deal. Kieth and his staff bring old fashioned customer care to a modern Harley shop. To sum it up, Mountain Creek is THE dealership to come to for all your Harley needs, from a brand new motorcycle to the smallest part or accessory and the best customer service to be found in the area. | "Three of us on two bikes were making a week long trip from the Harrisburg, Pa area to Daytona Fla. and back. While conquering the Dragon in Tenn. I had an electrical problem occur and since Mountain Creek was the only dealership near us that was open on Sunday, thats where we headed. My 2005 Heritage was on it's last leg when we pulled into a parking space outside the dealership. Marty, another young lad and Kari King did all they could do to find my problem and to make me feel at home. I was told that I would have to stay over until Tuesday, but my ride would have priority come Tuesday morning, and they were true to their word. From my hotel room across the parking lot, I saw Kari taking my Heritage out for a test run just after 12 noon and we were back on our vacation before 1 PM. Many thanks to your dealership and personnel for the great job in getting us back on our trip in the shortest amount of time that they could do. On a personal note, I believe the management should give Marty and especially Kari a raise!!! I had no further problems on the trip as my Heritage rode like a new bike again and we are all home safe & sound. Ken from Pennsylvania" |

Sometimes being a female and going to get parts for your own bike and your friends can be a very unpleasant exp. due to the fact you are viewed as she has no idea what she is here for.... NOT HERE!! I love this service department... Eric E. the greatest... gives 110% I drive almost 2 hours from my home and pass another Harley shop to come to Mountain Creek and let me say it is more than worth the drive... on top of going more than out of his way to help me Eric never once made me feel as if he viewed me as being a stupid female and he also made me aware that this dealer has one of the best mechanics any where and that person is a FEMALE!!!!! Very impressed with that he had to say about her and though I have not met Tammy yet I do plan on meeting her next time I visit just to let her know I that her service department support her and give her great compliments..... | "First I would like to thank Mtn Creek H-D for sponsoring the Brittany Ride. The ride ended there, where I met Kevin Miller. Even though I told Kevin I would definitely not be buying a new bike that day, he still took time to give me a trade-in value and figures on a new bike. That meant a lot considering the place was packed with people to whom Kevin might have made a sale. Kevin also spent time with me discussing our philosophies and love of riding. I had been to Cartersville H-D and Atlanta H-D in the previous two weeks looking at new Electra Glides and not salesperson spoke to me, even though i have spent a considerable amount of money at both dealers over the years. I didn't leave with a new bike but I did purchase a 6 speed gear set, partly due to my conversations with Kevin. Marty in the service department has also been very helpful.(They did my 50,000 mile service on my Heritage and installed the gear set.) Mountain Creek will definitely get all my business from now on. When I do get ready to purchase a new bike, I will be at Mountain Creek looking up Kevin. " |

| "I am submitting this email to specifically compliment the HD crew at Mountain Creek! I recently visited Thunder Creek in September in search of my 1st Harley. Unfortunately, the store was busy and I had no one to wait on me while browsing over the bikes for about an hour. I immediately left and traveled to Mountain Creek where I found a very nice dude named Ken who greeted me as I walked in and sold me my beautiful 2007 Sportster. Since this purchase, I have revisited both stores and nothing compares to Mountain Creek's service. I was there today and lost my key in the apparel; all the staff where readily helping other customers and attending to my loss by searching high and low! Also, during my visit yesterday and today, the apparel staff were soooo helpful with finding what I needed and making sure things fit accordingly. I spent over a $1,000.00 and the girls were so helpful in finding just what I needed to compliment my recent HD purchase. I think Lori is one of the sweetest people I have ever met and she has apparently oriented her crew to operate the same way. Although I can't recall two of the females names today, they were all helpful and I greatly appreciate their interest in helping me find what I needed including my key which was found shortly after I left the building!! I totally agree with his comments concerning Mountain Creeks service department. Tammy is the most personable and concerned mechanic I have ever come in contact with. she is the only mechanic you can give a big hug to and let her know how much you appreciate her work. | "I brought my bike into Mountain Creek after Rocket Harley gave me the bike back from a "service" with no oil pressure. Rick was extremely helpful and Tammy took the bike and immediately showed me that there was an engine problem. The engine tear down had previously been approved by Harley's warranty dept., but not done at Rocket. Upon tear down it was found that the front cam bearing had completely seized and was underscoring the front cam. I received the bike back in far less time than expected and have had no problems at all. It has been back to Mountain Creek for the 1000 mile service and still running great. I will gladly bring my bike 200 miles to let the Service department work on my bike. There is no need to settle on poor service due to convenience, and the drive is well worth it. Everyone that I have talked to and worked with at MCHD has been helpful, polite, and great to talk with. Count me as a new, satisfied, faithful customer of this dealership. This dealer does things the way they are supposed to be done." |

| "I just want to say that my Harley stoped running on me on the way to Cherokee and I had my wife come pick me up with the trailer and haul me to Thunder Creek last Saturday. They kept my bike till Tuesday and said it was fixed that the stater had a short. I rode it home and the battery was not charging. Wednesday morning I hauled it to Mountain Creek and Tammy in the Service Department said I will take care of you. Tammy has the best personality and I'm proud to have her work on my Harley because she takes pride in her work. She diagnosed my motor and it had a fried stater and it was replaced. Mountain Creek has the best Service Department because they care. Please let Tammy know she is an asset to the Dealership and I'm proud to make referrals to Mountain Creek. Thanks Steve Bechard" |

We have a manager Danny that is second to none and is on the floor most of the time greeting customers.
